ou book a puja on Vedamandir, and experienced priests perform it at the temple on your behalf with your name and gothram included in the sankalpam. You receive a personalized video of your sankalpam on WhatsApp.
Do I need to be present during the puja?
No. The priest performs the puja on your behalf. Your participation is through the sankalpam taken in your name, and you receive the video afterward.
What details do I need to provide when booking?
Your name, gothram. If you don't know your gothram, you can mention "Kashyapa gothram," which is traditionally used when the family gothram is unknown.
Can I book a puja for my family members?
Yes. You can add family members' names to the sankalpam during booking. Many pujas allow multiple participants under one booking.
Can I book a puja for someone living abroad / can NRIs book?
Yes. Devotees anywhere in the world can book. The sankalpam video is delivered on WhatsApp regardless of location.
What happens after I complete my booking?
You'll receive a confirmation on WhatsApp. On the puja day, the priests perform the ritual with your sankalpam, and your personalized video is sent to your WhatsApp number.
When will I receive my puja video?
Typically within 24–48 hours after the puja is completed. Large pujas with many participants may take slightly longer.
What will the video contain?
A clip of the priest taking sankalpam with your name and gothram, so you can see your participation in the ritual.
I haven't received my video. What should I do? — Message our support team on WhatsApp with your booking details, and we'll resolve it quickly.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through secure payment gateways.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
(Adjust per policy) Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the puja date. Once the sankalpam is taken, the booking cannot be cancelled.
